Well you never know.

In James Bond films, he never goes to chase the baddie on some ‘borrowed’ motorcycle and realises he doen’t know how.

I feel this is a skill I should master just in case the need arises. The only time I tried I went straight into a hedge, so it can only get better.

Fill my bar with the finest spirits available to mankind

For the day when I can afford this aim, I’m writing a nice wishlist of my favourite tipples that have all too temporarily graced my bar (kitchen).

1st Aalborg Taffel Akvavit – Danish aquavit. I bought it on a whim when on holiday just outside Paris. Great spicy stuff, caraway flavour apparantly. All I know was it was lovely staright from the fridge.

I hear that in 2002, it was elected best aquavit in the world at The International Wine and Spirits Competition held in London.
