I was my same hieght as I am now about 5.10” I was 136. I was going to get ready for Emt/Paramedic and Fire Academy. I ate like crazy for three months and did lil work outs just to keep mybody from getting out of shape played in Flag Football leagues so I can say I did some running. Try going to Fire school you’ll get big but for real now I’m 174 in 3 months I want to be 190.

Listen I ate Breakfast carryed crackers with me all day ate rice with every thing lunch dinner and had a good snack right before bed.
Everyone from highschool all say you got big I dont even notice it but on the scale!
