With firstgiving.com you can raise money for any charity in the US that is registered by GuideStar (a national registry of nearly 2MM non-profits). All you have to do is go to Firstgiving.com and you can create your own personalized online fundraising page for free!

After that you just have to send the link to your page to all your friends and family and post it in your blog or various social networking sites! Check it out, it’s an easy way to raise money for charity and an easy way to raise MORE MONEY since people tend to raise 2-3x’s more money when they raise funds online!

Using the website at firstgiving.com, you can make your own personal fundraising page for FREE! After you personalize your page you can send it out to everyone in your online network via email, your blog, etc!

The best thing about this website is that you can raise money for any registered non-profit! That means you can even start a fundraiser for a cause without needing an event to do it through! As you raise the money it is sent directly to the non-profit so there aren’t any worries about where the money is going or when its getting there.
