150 lbs - attainable and healthy

I currently weigh 185 lbs (23 Oct 2008). I’m of a very sturdy frame (heavy boned), but even so, at 5’8” that’s a bit heavy. 150 would be quite reasonable – not skinny, but healthy.
I tend to eat a very good diet – plenty of fruits and veggies, whole grains, fish, etc., just too much of it.
I do not go to a gym, but get lots of exercise by virtue of normal daily activity.
Losing 35 lbs should take about a year, I think. But I guess it won’t happen if I don’t get started.
