My husband and I instituted a weekly date night when things started to feel a little too routine. We plan it for Wednesdays, which allows us to go “out on the town” when “the town” (which is actually a metropolis!) is not so busy. It also gives us something to look forward to in the middle of the week. We think every married couple should keep dating!

I used to be in the military and flew medical evacuations in Hueys and Blackhawks- what a rush! Skimming the treetops with the doors open, feeling the wind in your face… it’s amazing! I also flew in an A-Star while on vacation in Kauai and will never forget the experience. I can’t wait to go up again someday!
Hello 43t’ers!
I got here through the traineo website and was invited by NYCinephile to 43things, so I just carried my nick over here with me.
I’m a health and wellness coach and I’m into fitness, hence the first part of my name, and I’m considered an “early adopter” of techno gadgets and gizmos, which explaines my “geek” moniker.
I built a platform for my laptop over my treadmill so I can surf and stroll at the same time, so my husband affectionately referred to me as “Fitness Geek” one day, and it stuck!
