stop procrastinating
This month, I will
  • Come up with my before bed routine
  • Come up with my get ready for bed routine
  • Clean the kitchen sink daily.

That is all I will concentrate on this month. I will continue on with the decluttering process, but getting routines will help enormously.

I want to graduate from college
This is a long-term goal, but they all start with a single step

This week call UCF and make an appointment. How is the construction management program coming along and should I just make plans to attend the construction engineering program?

Do they think my chances for getting hired as a commercial construction project manager are better as an engineer or as a construction management degree holder? I do not want to ever work as an engineer, but I’m wondering if it would be a better ticket punch?

go to the gym regularly
I am waiting for my book to get here

I ordered the Triathlete’s Training Bible. I have done triathlons for the last three years with very haphazard training. I’ll get up and decide today I’ll run 4 miles or swim a mile, but with no plan. I treat my triathlons and road races the same way. I pay my money, show up, do the race and go home. I want to be way better than I am, which is a back of the pack age grouper. I am capable of being so much more.

When that gets here, I will set my races for next year and then come up with a training program. I will have a plan to prepare for the season and my A, B and C races picked out, paid for and trained for.
