I don’t know if this is really a point I should have. I mean, I do dislike myself. I would say I hate myself sometimes, but I think it’s more things that I do and stupid habits I have. I can’t imagine what it’d be like to love myself and don’t think I’d ever want to be stuck up and over-confident. I’d just help to be a little less critical of myself and stop beating myself up for little mistakes.

I have lost a grand total of like 5lbs in a week… probably water, but I shall keep positive.
Almost a week without binging. Purely because I made plans to be out every day. It’s the easiest thing I’ve found that works. It just makes me scared of running out of money heh. I suppose I’ve only got 2 weeks left here to work hard on not binging, then am jetting off to go travelling for just over a month and don’t see binging as a problem as I’ll be around people and wont want to look like a pig.
Oh and something I’ve found useful for the time being – my boyfriend and I decided to get some munchies for a film when we got back yesterday and rather than give in to buying a load of crap like sweets and crisps, I persuaded him to get veggie sticks like carrots, cucumbers and peppers to dip into reduced fat dips. This seemed to make me feel stuffed quickly as I ate at a normal pace and had different flavours and textures. I was quite surprised with myself for abandoning it.
Ah well, fingers crossed.
