I’ve never been good at admitting when I need help. Even writing it anonymously here is tough. One day (hopefully not too far into the future) I’ll be able to say it, out loud, to a real person.

How I did it: I put this on my list and just waited until I remembered a dream. This morning I remembered a lot but didn't really think there was anything interesting and I almost didn't write it down. I'm so glad I did though, because in writing I remembered something that might be important later. Hmm... Read how I did it…
81. Checking things off my to-do list
82. Checking books off my to-read list
83. Adding things I’ve already done to my to-do list just so I can check them off
84. Cheers
85. That oh-so specific shade of purple that I can never quite describe
86. Dancing like an idiot
87. Exceeding my own expectations
88. Calling people fool, (as in “I know that, fool!”)
89. Cooking
90. Indoor plumbing
91. Doing ridiculous things, like dancing barefoot in the rain, not because they’re on a list, but because it just feels right in the moment
92. My terrible eyesight and the ability to change my perspective of the world just by taking out my contacts
93. Shaving my legs after not shaving for a while
94. Discovering something that’s been right in front of me, completely unnoticed
95. Hiding glitter and confetti in birthday cards
96. Sex
97. Fog
98. My spider catching (and releasing) technique
99. Marine biology
100. Finishing lists of things I love
I’m feeling the effects of the T already. There’s a little less arguing with myself about whether I should do something or put it off until later. :)
