Why am I eating so much?? I am not hungry! I guess I have accomplished the 1st step in solving a problem i.e identifying it. Now, I need to recognise when I’m emot/eating and replace it with a smaller proportion or a healthier option…

I feel very very guilty about losing my temper with my kids. I have a 9 month old who can be quite challenging! I took my him today to playgroup and mentioned to the lady who runs it that I have an anger management problems sometimes and feel guilty that at home he gets bored with me. she ( retired ex-nursery school teacher ) said, “he’s a calm, happy within himself baby thanks to you” That made me feel worthy. Whilst I cannot take sole recognition for this, I guess I’m doing a good job which will in itself reinforce that my role as a mother is positive
! :)
