Ok… so its been awhile. Sorry. But I have two and a half months to get this thing finished. Here’s where we are now.

Another view 3 years ago

Here’s another view of the side I finished. Each takes about 4 hours. First holes have to be drilled to allow me to get the saw blade in. Unfortunately, the places I need to cut aren’t big enough for me to get the blade in. Can’t use a bigger bit or I’ll be outside the area to cut (if that makes sense). So after drilling the holes I have to make a “plus” kind of hole with my dremel.

My goal is to finish cutting the sides this week. As you can see from the side I finished, I haven’t sanded anything.
