get out of the military
Well, I had fun and all, sure.

I was medically discharged because my knee didn’t want to cooperate with the Army lifestyle. I’m glad that I’m out because I was dangerous. My buddies couldn’t count on me – or my knee – to have their backs in a dangerous situation. I’d rather be a civilian who cheers them on than a bad soldier fighting with them.

But…I miss my M16.

grow my hair really long
Untitled

Now I remember why I had my hair chopped off a decade ago (I was 14 then). It’s long and thick and, since we Texans are having 100-degree highs in April ... it’s also very, very hot.

I’m having it chopped off again. This just isn’t worth it.

take a history class
Untitled

It’s worth doing if you want a degree. Here in the U.S. schools make you take a hodgepodge of utterly unrelated courses. Hence, me, the English major, taking four history classes.
