WOW! I did it!!!! 
How I did it: I followed the approach of Intuitive Eating..basically eating only when physically hungry and learning to deal with emotional food cravings. I have done all the famous diets and always ended back up at a weight I was unhappy with, which was more than the previous time. My body's 'happy' weight is now about 20 pounds over what it used to be when I first started dieting, and this is my own fault for dieting all these years. Read how I did it…
