How I did it: I began with eating right. Went from 280 - 225 lbsI went on a daniel fast where I ate nothing but fruits and vegetables for 21 days. This made me feel great although I was a little grouchy.After doing the daniel fast I went back to eating like I did before and really felt bad. How I did it: This is not something that you can do very quickly.It takes time and a change of your life.I began walking to work almost every day through the summer. Almost 6 miles per day and hiking and playing with the kids other times.Also, I stopped eating so much meat and bread and drinking more water.I began eating fruits and veggies when I was having a snack attack.Eating more fruits and veggies will help you a lot.
