I always wanted to do this. 16 months ago

I’ve been trying to do handstands for awhile. I’ll keep practicing till I do it! I’m trying to hold myself up for at least 20 seconds.

I dance and it’s pretty important that I be able to do these splits and gain my flexibility. I’ve been stretching like crazy and I think I’m getting somewhere

I know that if I want to run and definitly dance better I need one heck of a strong core. I’ve been thinking about doing lots of crunches everyday.
