After I got an x-ray my dentist estimated
on which tooth she will start the work :)
I have 2 in really bad condition.
But I would like to replace all my grey
fillings with white ones.
She gave me anaesthetic shot, so I didn’t feel a thing.
After the shot weakened, there was a little pain
but the pill took care of that ;)
This is going to be a process and it will take time
when I come to the point when I’ll need to go to
the dentist only for check-ups and I can’t wait
for that day to come :))

A year ago I removed my wisdom tooth and it was all ok, my fear was much worse than the real removing of the tooth (which actually lasted 1 hour! It was very complicated).
28.10.09’ I went for an examination to new dentist and on monday it’s ON – This is very important to me, so now I’m determined to have beautiful smile.
It will cost, but it will be worth it :)

What would happen if I wasn’t striving for perfection?
Well, I guess I would get so much more done, becouse often
I don’t even start anything because of overwhelmed feeling
that it has to be perfectly done. I can see in all areas of my life
that perfectionism creeped in.
For some time now I am aware of it as my problem and when
the feeling comes that something has to be perfectly done I just
let it go away, and usually I’m still satisfied how things are completed.
Awareness of tendency for perfectionism must be the key
for starting point for change.
