I never had time to watch good movies, but after getting Netflix, I have a pre-determined list of movies I’ve chosen, forcing me to take time out for movies. And, it’s really inexpensive!

Too much TV makes you stupid
Everybody knows it. But, how much is too much?
Here’s how to tell it’s doing yourself a disservice:
a) If you’re watching it ease your boredom
b) If you’re watching it to live your life through others
c) If your brain is addicted to chemicals it releases when watching too much football, soap operas, talk shows, reality shows, and Lifetime Movies.
d) If the routine of watching TV makes you feel dirty, lazy, or fat
Don’t get me wrong—there are many great programs on TV. Watching less will allow you to adhere to the broadcasts that matter most. It’s supposed to be stimulating, afterall.
