I woke up exactly when I needed to today sans alarm clock
Such a better feeling about getting up than when the aggravating sound of the alarm thrusts you out of slumber
Hopefully, I can do this more often

Started yesterday by walking on an incline for 25 minutes and ran at the end for 5 minutes at 4.0 mph (not on incline)
This is a start
I plan to do this as close to everyday as possible and add 1 minute of running each day until I’m running the full 30 minutes and then increase speed
Then eventually start running outside
I saw Thursday for the first time a the House of Blues here
and then at Warped Tour in Charleston, SC.
They hold the title of my favorite performance to date.
I wish to see them again and again
or at least until I hear them play “Between Rupture and Rapture”
