How I did it: I had a horrific Blackberry. One day, I accidentally left it on top of the car while loading our bikes onto the bike rack on the back of the car and drove off without thinking. I heard it falling off the car as I entered Interstate 10 in Houston. Read how I did it…
I love to read. Our home is filled with books, and I’m constantly picking up new titles from friends or from suggestions on various Web sites. But this year I want to commit to reading 50 books that I think will have the biggest impact on me personally and professionally. Most of these are short so that I can actually finish them and digest the information in one week.
Here’s my reading list for January:
1. Love is the Killer App by Tim Sanders.
2. Book Yourself Solid by Michael Port.
3. Ten Zen Seconds by Eric Maisel.
4. Blogwild by Andy Wibbels.
1. The taste of coffee first thing in the morning.
2. The sun sending shadows across my office space.
3. Soreness that comes from a tough workout.
4. My new iMac computer. The huge screen makes doing my job so much easier.
5. My wife. She’s the most amazing person I’ve ever known and everyday with her is a gift.
