Well, it actually began about three weeks with the decision by my wife and I to begin eating healthy again. We went to a place called My Fit Foods where they prepare all of your meals for the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and you just warm them up in a microwave each time and eat. The food is nutritious and healthy.
My goal is to go from 246 pounds on January 17, 2011, to 185 pounds by July 15, 2011. So far, I’ve lost 13 pounds by changing my diet. I plan to add in some exercise this week as well to start moving that scale even further.

I’ve been reading Infinite Possibilities by Mike Dooley over the last few days, and I must say that I never realized how completely what I believe and think from what day to the next has created my reality. Just checking each of my thoughts for the truth or the limiting belief is an empowering way to live. I’m so grateful I brought this book into my life, and I’m learning to focus on what I want rather than what I don’t.
The real issue for me is identifying what it is that I do want. Does anyone else have the problem where your hopes and dreams seem nebulous? How do you define those to get clear? Love to hear your thoughts.
