Well, time is the great healer that’s for sure.
Found out she wasn’t doing as great as she made out – she was putting on a front. So, you never can tell. I guess; don’t worry if they seem like they’re doing amazing after the break-up, just look after yourself, and remember you never can really tell what’s going on in their mind. Even if they are doing amazingly after a break-up, it can’t have been right, as they’re obviously not human and don’t feel anything for you! ;)
Keep busy, but be kind to yourself and give yourself time.
In hindsight, I found that actually she wasn’t right for me at all, so hey!!
Anyhoo, best of luck for everyone going through this. IT DOES GET BETTER. YOU WILL GET THROUGH IT! I will now tell my past self this :)
Love,
Rob

Well, feeling amazing at ye moment. Don’t feel like i’m too judgemental. I think we are all naturally judgemental – it’s a survival thing, which can double up as an ego protection thing. It’s based in fear basically.
With my self-esteem on a high, I have less fear of my ego being dented, hence less fearful, thus no need to be judgemental.
With this in mind, I can hopefully see when it’s happening and tell myself – that person, is the way they are because of the life they’ve had – If I was in their position from day 0, I would be the same.
No gonna strike this off as done yet; I’ll give it some more time to see…
Hope everyones lovely!

I feel great at the moment! Self-esteem on a high! I think it’s because my music is going well, and I’ve tried things at work that were outside my comfort zone.
So, maybe this will help:
1. Do something important to you – make it happen.
2. Try something outside your comfort zone once a week or so.
Hope you’re all lovely!
