My entire life I have had a shake. My hands just do not stop shaking when doing any daily task. It becomes really difficult as a performer being on stage feeling completely confident in yourself and you still shake making everyone in the audience think you’re nervous and somehow a worse performer. Also functioning as a normal human being? That’s not working too well.
If ANYONE has a shake that they are in absolutely no control of and have found ways to cope with it or somehow at least weaken it to do medial tasks please let me know. I really can’t go on like this.

How I did it: About three years ago I saw a nice half gallon jug of juice. I love juice, and promptly drank all of it. Somehow I was still thirsty and decided to fill this juice bottle with water! It had a nice aroma of the juice I had previously dispatched of, and I really could not get enough of it. Every day I started filling up this juice bottle with water, coincidentally the human body requires about half a gallon or … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I have been singing along with the radio for my entire life. When I entered my senior year of high school I tried out for my school's production of Les Miserables as the lead, and got it! There is nothing more exhilarating than performing in front of a thousand people night after night and getting their feedback. Learning the music and performing for that one part did more for me than years of choir and voice lessons. Read how I did it…
I hate being a teenager. I’m on an antibiotic and wash my face twice daily with a neutrogena wash, then put differin on the areas where I am breaking out, generally both cheeks and chin, then cetaphil on my dry areas. I’ve been trying so many things out for a very long time and it’s quite obnoxious to see my skin start clearing up then break out two weeks later.
