My parents never told me to finish my plate, but I almost always do. I love to TASTE things, which results in eating more when I finish something and desire to taste it more. Even if I don’t snack, I eat huge meals. If I eat healthy for a few days, the second I have one thing of junk, I’ll eat a bunch more. I often keep eating until my stomach hurts. One time I think I went months without actually feeling hungry. I’m often not hungry at meals. This started 2-1/2 years ago (that it got this bad) and amazingly I haven’t gained that much wait, so it’s not even about that… it’s about my health and about feeling good after I eat, not in pain.

Even if I just follow them around, with my own transportation, etc, I want to see a whole tour through, kind of with the hope that they’ll be like “Oh, you’re coming to the next 10 shows? geez, here’s some tickets (or a pass), stop spending all your money”

Maybe it’s too soon to say I’ve done this, but I’ve been doing a pretty good job since January. I’ve only skipped one week and every other one of exercised 2-4 times each week. This may be harder though when I’m at home and don’t have free access to a gym…
