Quit Smoking
I am done to death with this baby! (What a horrible horrible thing to have in my life) 6 months ago

Not like this isn’t scary any enough doing it to the extent that I do considering i’m diabetic, and a mother and wife to someone, but i’m just getting over the flu and have developed a gastric problem, which could lead to the very thing that fears me. Time to stop. I had to leave it to the point of absolutely hating it and i’ve been aiming in that direction for a long time (because of failed attempts) and now this is happening. I JUST CAN’T. Now how shall I do this: i’ll book my appointment at a help to quit clinic tomorrow. Then work towards that date, cutting down – by smoking as little as possible, i’d give up now but I know that hasn’t worked in the past. I know the risks and the fears and the damage, I always have, its not like this doesn’t weigh heavy constantly. So i’m going take the approach as to the lengths, time, disguist, fear and damage i’ve had to go through to keeping a simple drug alive. Its going, its going for good and its not coming back! It the thing of naivity and a blimp in my families past. Plus how last season lol

My Open Uni course is wicked, i’ve already wrote a couple and i’ve got the makings and ideas for tons more. Enjoying learning and trying different forms. Its great. Not knocking it off the list yet tho. Want more done to classify it done.

I figure this must be the easiest thing in the world to do towards better health! (and knocking something off the list :o) ) 6 months ago

O.k then i’ve deduced the fact that I drink too little water, in fact after my few first coffee’s in the morning I drink little else! This must be the easiest thing in the world to do towards better health so i’ll start with this one… I’m not sure i’m up for dropping caffiene completely as I need this form of forced enthusiasm in the morning lol. Ok then from now on i’m replacing coffee for green tea, and i’ll aim to have at least 3 pints of water, how hard can it be to knock back pints of cold refreshing water yum ….. we shall see hmmm…....
