Finishing the third week of the program left me feeling enourmously healthy and energetic. I have to admit I really enjoy getting complimented on my strength-gain by friends and even by people I only recently met.
I think I can manage about 12-13 pullups so far. Don’t know if I can improve all the way up to 20 within the next 3 weeks. Guess it would’nt be called a challenge if it were easy.
Anyway, thank you guys for the cheers. This site actually helps being motivated. :)
