I’m going lower just by tiny bits that are hanging on for days…I officially have less than 20 lbs to go for this year though! Slope goal is 175 and I am at 193.5 in the morning. Yay!

Having a devil of a time working on tension but I have a couple of balls of yarn for different projects and an old ball so I can work on swatches to get my tension right before I attempt my first piece. Wish me luck!
I may be at a plateau…and all I am scared of is backsliding over 200 again. I could stand to stall at 180 or 194 but 196? Way too close to the old me to be comfy with that. Gonna switch to morning weigh ins instead of midday and begin a cardio workout schedule. Anyone else on Sparkpeople? I’m fuyukuma on there as well and would love to have some buds over there too.
Here’s to hoping kicking it up a notch will be more than enough to pull me into another burn cycle.
