I have now been working out with a trainer for 4 weeks….I see her on tuesdays and thursdays, I also go to the gym on my own 3 other days or ride my bike. I am getting frustrated as I am not feeling that much of a change. I will know for sure on Tuesday when I get to weigh myself and re-measure.
