Well I have let myself down the last couple of days, but no need to dwell on what has happened and just get on with whats needed to be done. I am book in to see the nurse tomorrow and I think I have to face the fact that I do need help with quitting, I am going to get one of those inhalator things as then I don’t have to chew gum or wear patches,as the thing I find hard to brake is the habit of holding and having something in my hands. Its not perfect but if the result is good who cares?

When you just get on and do it, the place looks better you feel better for doing it, it is not on the back of the mind that the washing up has been sat there for 4 days, no clean clothes because I hadn’t bothered to do any washing.
NO MORE!
Six months home learning, 5 assessments to pass, 3 down & will get the 4th finished this week and get a head start on the 5th which looks a lot to get through but I have to start somewhere and the beginning is the best place.
