Drive across the USA
What a trip! 2 years ago

Since adding this to my list, I have driven across country in 2 directions! E to W (GA to CA and back) in an SUV, and N to S (ME to FL) on a motorcycle. The diversity of our country is incredible! My 9 year old son and I did the Coast to Coast trip in about 5 weeks, stopping and enjoying the country along the way. On the motorcycle trip, my husband and I shipped our bikes to Bar Harbor, ME because of time constraints, then rode down to Miami, FL, and then back to the Savannah, GA area, all in about 10 days. You meet the nicest people on a motorcycle ;)
IMHO, everyone should travel our country, well outside of their native region, at least once!!



exercise regularly

I have been exercising 4-6x/week for 3 months now. I’ve lost 20 lbs of fat, gained 13 lbs of lean weight (muscle), dropped almost 10% in body fat, and dropped from a size 16 to a 12. I still have 5% BF, 10 lbs of fat, gainabout 10 more lbs of muscle to go. I actually miss exercising now on the days I can’t get to the gym. I am sleeping better, breathing better, feel better all around!
