This goal is way into the future. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve done much running at all and even then it wasn’t far. Last night I walked two miles. It’s a start.
I would like a list of ten really good meals that I could pull together without a whole of planning. I have occasionally pulled off terrific meals but it seems like it takes 2 weeks of planning and a whole day of cooking. Needs to be easier. I’ll have to think about what I’ve made in the past and start a list. I’ve been saving interesting recipes as I’ve come across them.
