I had delayed onset muscle soreness last week after going to the gym, and I just went back today. I did arms today, and about thirty minutes of cardio, but I made sure not to overdo it with the weights. For the last two days I have been following my Bf’s diet, and when I stepped on the scale, I was 266.4, having lost 1.4 pounds since last week. Not terrible, but not really the pace I’m after.

How I did it: I didn't. I had my sister-in-law run black ops to affect this coming to a head. I stopped lying about it a year ago, refusing to pretend I had a girlfriend or anything, and letting it slowly sink in. I should have done it sooner. Read how I did it…
I just listened to 8 solid hours of NPR on iTunes. This one is so accomplished, perhaps ridiculously so. The problem is, I can’t stop. I guess that is my next goal.
I listen to NPR on iTunes podcasts, but I have about a bajillion saved podcasts that I haven’t listened to yet. This will probably be what I’ll be doing to pass time over the weekend before my new position starts.
Seriously, download iTunes and get NPR podcasts. Wait, wait, Don’t tell me is awesome, Fresh Air, This American Life. Good stuff.
