I guess I can’t achieve this, after all, as the version of Visual Basic I have will not run properly and it’s no longer supported by Microsoft. Aside from that is the high cost of the latest version. Oh, well…

Thirty years ago, I read a book by Jerry Mander, titled “Four Arguments for the Elimination of Television,” in which Mander points out the dangers of TV, including the physical effects the device has on our brains.
When my TV quit on me in 1982, I did nothing about repairing or replacing it – until 1991. If I can go that long without watching TV, I’m sure I can do it again. I remember having a lot more free time then and I also remember the good feeling of not being a “programmed person” anymore. I’d like to get that back again.
Back in the seventies, I wrote dozens of songs and did a lot of singing. It’s been about 30 years now since I last did so and I think it’s time I began again. This time, though, instead of using a guitar and cassette recorder, I’ll be using my MIDI keyboard and computer.
