Being grateful for "this moment"

I never really realized how important it was to really be present for “this moment or the Now” until I was in an auto accident and hit by another car. I had spent so much time worrying about the future, that I was forgetting about my wonderful life, right now!
I am grateful for every breath I take
For my wonderful partner
My loving children and friends
My beautiful, calming and relaxing home
My ability to share who I am with others
