I failed attempting to accomplish this endeavor once again. Today I woke up by chance at 9:33 for my 10 AM. I wanted to shower before—oh well, just didn’t happen this morning (like every morning).

Maybe tomorrow? Oh wait, that isn’t legit since I have class at one.

I went to the parlor with the intention of getting either my rook or anti-tragus done and decided on my rook. I think it suits me well. I have three ear holes on each lower lobe and three other randomly placed cartilage piercings between the two ears, so my anti-tragus would have made my ear look cluttered. The rook was an interesting placement option for a piercing and balanced it out. I commend anyone who gets the nerve to experiment with obscure ear piercings. This is totally worth doing. My rook piercing didn’t hurt much at all. My belly button was worse and I thought that was pretty smooth and easy for a piercing. I experienced no bleeding, but keep in mind that I have oddly soft cartilage (I can fold my ears inside and pop them out at leisure)
If you are debating doing it at all, just do it. Don’t overthink it—be whimsical. You can always take it out. Next on my list (and probably last) is my tragus. Mom is gonna kill me…
