First draft DONE 1 week ago

The first draft of our book is done. 129 pages, and LOTS of work to do between here and the next draft, but I look forward to taking it with me to North Carolina and pondering, editing, hacking, slashing, bemoaning, delighting, writing and rewriting over the next couple of weeks.

Just dancing 1 week ago

While it doesn’t involve much in terms of learning, our community has started to have a regular Wednesday night dance, which I have been LOVING. I’m not much of one for dancing in front of folks, so it says something about my comfort level with the folks involved that I’m willing to just do it.

Facilitation Training Workshop 1 week ago

I had a great time prepping & giving a 2 hour workshop in facilitating consensus meetings to about 12 people. It went quite well, and while there are lots of improvements I would make, I felt like I managed to keep it flowing fairly well, and we only went over by 10 minutes.
