I really think drinking a glass a wine with dinner will not only make the dinner more enjoyable, but will encourage me to eat a real meal (instead of a fast, un-healthy snack).



take a walk every morning before going to work

I’ve gotten up now two mornings in a row. My goal is to walk for 2 miles every week-day morning, but so far, I’m walking less than a mile.

Still, it’s a start.



get rid of all my clutter
Downsizing

I moved to a smaller living space and sold everything that wouldn’t fit. It was very liberating.
