How I did it: Well, I'd been picking up cute things for years, but never put them together into real outfits. So I shopped my closet.I dug out everything and started sorting. I threw out old torn and faded clothes (and set back a few for rags), made a mending pile that I'm working through, and took stock of what was left.I took out everything that was too small, too childish, and just not representing the person I am now. How I did it: Had a terrible asthma attack, couldn't get to my inhaler, and blacked out. My brother found me on the floor and freaked. I don't remember a whole lot, except for hearing the driver ask the lady working on me how to get to the hospital. Eek.Still, they got me to the help I needed and my little brother is my hero! How I did it: I got a job in the Joe Muggs coffee shop and trained as I worked. It was a sink or swim type of training, but it was still a lot of fun. I don't work there anymore, but my friends love my barista skills at home! Read how I did it…

Oh well, that’s why I picked the planner I did. So no harm no foul, back to it!
Time just goes by too fast. I thought there was no harm in skipping a day or two and it turned into a whole month! Sheesh! Lol.
Since I’ve lost my job, I’ve gotten even more reclusive and withdrawn. Bleh. Just when it’s far more important to connect. It was just such a blow to my self-esteem, it’s hard to remember that these cool people I know actually like me, warts and all.
