I’m just in the process of setting up a blog about my ALQ. It’s going well but I’m having to back track so I start from the beginning.
I’ll let you know the link when I’m done!

How I did it: I ordered my copy thru Amazon.Excellent little book, very cute and good for short, sharp bits of info. I left it on my coffee table and my mate picked it up and kept reading things out loud so its a proper conversation starter!Nice ;) Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started doing this properly two years ago. Prior to this it was a very half hearted effort on my behalf. We get a recyling collection direct from our house every fortnight so it seemed a shame not to participate. The local council supply you with two black plastic tubs, one for paper & one for cans & plastics. (The metal gets separated by a magnet at the recycling depot). We also have another of our own boxes, for glass… Read how I did it…
How I did it: When I officially moved into the village where I now work I decided to sell my car. I live within a 20 min brisk walk to the train station too so I'm pretty much covered for all my shopping & family visiting needs. My husband uses the one car we now share everyday to get to & from work during the week. Which means I get to use it on the weekends for my pleasure if I want to. Read how I did it…

I decided to go to the doctors this week as I’m not convinced that my WW diet is actually working. She has advised me to have a blood test when I get back from holiday so they can review my glucose levels & how active my thyroid is.
I feel much happier that someone seems to want to listen…finally.
On a brighter note, I lost 2.5lb at WW this week!
