Hmm this is an interesting one..
How do I start? think of the things i wanna do before I..die?
Well I dont really believe the soul dies at all but ok for the
sake of the body.. Lets do it!! ;-)

I. Look directly into the eyes of all the important people in my life, and sincerely tell them how much I love and appreciate them.
II. Do something crazy and spontaneous, like go to the airport, buy myself a ticket and go some place totally random.
III. Go on an open road trip lasting at least a couple months (and by open I mean literally, Anything Goes!
IV.

master yoga
Teaching Yoga 5 months ago

It was one of my big dreams to practice yoga and be really good at it. But I must in a way agree with Jess that it is close to impossible to master this fine art. It takes years of dedication and practice to be able to combine all the aspects of yoga effortlessly and smoothly into a whole. The pranayama, asana and submersion into self are essential practices for any yoga student.
I was lucky and privileged in that I got an opportunity to teach Yoga for a couple of months to a small class and pass this life changing practice on. And it was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve accomplished so far :-)
