working on organizing all closets this week, and getting rid off old clothes that kids no longer fit.
Will also get rid off most things in my wardrobe.
(then i will have no choice but to go shopping :) )
would like to move to a bigger place, and i dont want to bring any “junk” with us
im posting late for friday, but today at this moment, im at 143.8 pounds.
i am having an off period right now though- eating chinese take-out, pizza, and last night eating delicious spicy fried hot wings at a family get together, oh and lots of candy as well-chewy atomic fireballs and hot tomales.
so im binge-ing, sort of, but now its time to moderate and get certain things in my life back in control so i can stop binging on sweets and spicy foods. (i know its emotionally charged eating, although those spicy hot wings were really, REALLY good!) I cut myself a break, and move on…
My family thinks i look great and are proud of me for quickly getting back in shape, and thats nice to hear.
Still, I have a few more pounds to go. I’d like to lose 1 more dress size, then i’ll be able to stop and hopefully maintain.
been eating these for two days straight, bingeing!!!
ill allow myself to do this right now, but its back to the drawing board tomorrow!
