It’s January 31. In January, I:
- Swapped coffee for green tea
- Swapped Coke for water
- Swapped full fat milk for skim
- Swapped KFC for Subway
- Swapped white bread for wholegrain
- Swapped going home straight after work for exercise
- Signed up for zumba every Monday
- Joined a gym with an intention to go three times a week
- Cleansed, toned and moisturised every morning
- Cleansed, toned and moisturised (almost!) every night
- Swapped couch time for doing new things – horse riding, kayaking, climbing Mt Lofty
- Made an effort with my family with personalized birthday gifts and get well cards
So…I’m pretty proud of myself!
