I have really neglected this goal so I am going to try to play more often at freerice.com. I am currently at 24,300 and I had already hit 100,000. So I have 75,700 grains to go!

Week One:

So far I am doing really good and I have lost 5 pounds!!!
I have drank more water and had atleast one cup of tea a day (usually more like 3 cups.)
I am doing well with my vitamin intake and have kept up with my excersises.
I walked only once but it has been raining like crazy in VB but today is beautiful so I need to squeeze in a walk later.
I have not meditated much but my stress level hasn’t been to bad.
