How I did it: Me and my Hubby drove to DC and spent a few hours walking along the Tidal Basin and near the Jefferson Memorial looking at all the cherry trees. Week One:
So far I am doing really good and I have lost 5 pounds!!!
I have drank more water and had atleast one cup of tea a day (usually more like 3 cups.)
I am doing well with my vitamin intake and have kept up with my excersises.
I walked only once but it has been raining like crazy in VB but today is beautiful so I need to squeeze in a walk later.
I have not meditated much but my stress level hasn’t been to bad.
