It’s been about 18 months, now, and I practice yoga an average of 5 times per week. I highly recommend a consistent practice to anyone and everyone. It has helped me to journey forward, helping to transform my body, mind, and soul.

I finally, after years of putting it off, bought a negative scanner. A Nikon Coolscan V ED, to be exact. I’ve had a blast as I have started scanning negatives and slides. However, it’s going to take far longer than I anticipated…years, probably, unless I take a few weeks off of work and spend 14 hour days scanning…

It has been 13 months since I did my first sun salutation. I practice yoga 5-6 days per week for an hour to an hour and a half each day. It has been life changing. Highly recommended!!!
