How I did it: I bought some post-it notes and then, every night, I would grab some of them and fill them with loving or inspiring words - often lyrics from songs I love - or just compliments such as 'You look nice today!' or 'Take care!'. Whenever I ran out of ideas I browsed the Internet or my music files and found new lovely words.Then I brought about 3-10 post-its with me to university every day and stuck them on walls, doors, tables, chairs, wherev… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I have some kind of compulsive/obsessive disorder or at least unhealthy obsession of obtaining good results in what I do, and for the last three years that has been studies, studies and more studies.So I just aimed for the top in all of my subjects, and I spent some time (medium amount) studying really hard. Have to start sleeping more and eat more regularly, and stop the damn comfort eating. Or I will soon look like a ball. And feel more sad than necessary.
Cutting out the meat in order to cut down food expenses. I still eat it if offered, though. Can’t say I miss it much… But I would need some inspiration for lunch boxes…
