How I did it: I found an awesome pattern on the interwebs. And thought I was up for the challenge! And what the heck? Why not make it out of thick rubber.My sewing machine was not up for this material, so I made this bugger entirely by hand. How I did it: I became a member of caloriecount.about.com, it is AB-SO-LUTELY fantastic (and free).The site calculates how many calories you need to eat a day and how many you burn. Then you simply enter what you eat every day untill your calorie input meter is full.You can also add what kind of exercise you've done, this will increase the calories you burn.For me, it is most definetly working.
