Meal Plan: Day 2 13 months ago

Breakfast: Tea with Soy Milk
Lunch: Salad with broccoli, 1 egg white, artichoke hearts & asparagus
Snack: 100 calorie bag of popcorn
Dinner: Steamed Vegetables
Dessert: 1 piece of fruit & tea with tsp sugar

If I go to the gym I am going to consider this a “perfect” day!
Exercise so far: 10,000 steps

Lunch: Vegetable Minestrone Soup and 2 Saltine Crackers
Snack: 100 Calorie bag of Popcorn!

master cleanse
Day 1! 14 months ago

I just began this cleanse….I am absolutely positively not doing this for weight loss this time. I didn’t even weigh myself before I began to prove to myself. I am doing this to wean myself off all addictions I have to food…over the past 10 years I have developed very horrible eating habits/rituals from an eating disorder. I need to refocus my thoughts because as of yesterday all thoughts of food consumed my life.
