How I did it: I kept a running list in my purse of items as they occurred to me of what I liked about him. When I had my 43 things I began publishing on the website. I keep the list on the mirror in my makeup area to remind me daily of why I chose him. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Added cucumber, lime, lemon, oranges - anything to help add flavor. Cucumber makes the water refreshing. Lime and lemon are great with meals. Oranges with chocolate. Read how I did it…
How I did it: At each restaurant I wrote things like, "Follow your bliss" on sugar packets and "poison" on the fake blue, pink, and yellow packets.Had daughter help write a few things too. Didn't let the servers see it was us. Read how I did it…

My life has changed so much in the past year. I seldom see films on the big screen and sometime miss them altogether unless I happen to find them on satellite. In the past I often saw movies by myself and quite enjoyed this. I must return to taking time for me.
I have the most amazing friends!! Sometimes in this busy world I forget to make time with them and get busy with the “to dos” of life. I vow to schedule regular sessions with those who inspire me, accept me unconditionally, but love me enough not to leave me where I am and to my own devices. Regular sessions with these key people improve my quality of life while keeping me plugged in to my purpose and mission. I am blessed and never want to look back and regret letting time go by without a reality check session.
