I’ve been to Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Buck Snort(!)Chatanooga in Tennessee, NYC & Syracuse in New York, Chicago in Illinois, Jacksonville, Clearwater, & Tampa Bay in Florida, Seattle & Olympia in Washington, Cincinnati in Ohio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco, Temple, Victoria, Denton, etc. in Texas, Little Rock, Half Moon, Searcy, Paragould, Fort Smith & somewhere I cant remember in Arkansas, Detroit & Ann Arbor in Michigan, Portland in Oregon, New Orleans in Louisiana, all over Mississippi, Kennett & St. Louis Missouri… now if I could only get out of the country!

My suggestion… make friends with people in bands, or join one yourself. You are guaranteed to travel.

Finally went to SXSW this year… I didn’t buy a badge or even a wristband, but I still had a great time. 2 full days of free food, open bar, and good music. Saw lots of friends, made new ones.

Just check for magazines & etc. that have free parties, and RSVP online. That and word of mouth are the best ways to find cool stuff to do for cheap, if you are super poor, like myself.

I designed my back piece a few years ago… I had help from the artist because I am not exactly artistically inclined, at least not in the “straight line” since.

I suggest everyone design their own tattoos, don’t ever use the tattoo flash! I did that once( tribal “tramp stamp, ugh) and, well, now it is covered with my current back piece! Not worth it!
