How I did it: I chose someone at random for 8 weeks and cheerbombed all the entires or goals I thought were noteworthy or interesting.Everyday I felt good about cheering peoples goals and towards the end of each week I started to notice that those people were actually writing MORE entries. How I did it: Whenever I went grocery shopping or out with friends I'd pick something I'd never had before along with something I knew I liked (just to be on the safe side lol). I didn't let people's opinions about different foods influence me anymore, I tried foods even if my friends said they didn't like it...and sometimes I didn't like it either but other times I did.
