Catching up...

Well my last entry was in August 2010 and since then I have managed to be susccesful.

I have lost 30 lbs and managed to keep it off. I’ve decided that since I am so close I want to drop the last few pounds so that I’m at a “healthy weight” based on my BMI. But I’m not going to start there, I’m going stay on this healthier path (as much as possible) for the rest of my life.

Ok so this has been pushed back until 2012 but oddly enough the planning has actually ramped up lol. Go figure!

So techinically I’ve become a published writer, though not as myself.

In my role at work I do a lot of ghost writing for the Association president and in recent months have…

1. Written an article which was published in the Toronto Star
2. Written the foreward to a Beauty Report in the Toronto Star
3. Written two editorials and designed two full page ads for Horizon Travel Magazine
4. Written an essay-torial for the Canadian Medical Association Journal
5. Written a draft editorial for the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery, which was then edited by a physician and published

So ya, I’d say I’m doing ok on this one….I consider this goal completed.
