How I did it: Used an old Moleskine lined notebook and a ruler and sectioned off the pages to have area for date, time, to-do, and tracking for various things. It was nice to set it up myself so each section was custom tailored to my needs, instead of trying to make a pre-printed planner work for what I want to do. Read how I did it…

How I did it: Moved all my books off the shelf and into piles near my computer. It took some time to go through each pile but with a movie or music on the time flies by. After I got everything on there I had to reorder my books to reflect more of what I plan to read first. Today (12/8/2010) I finally made some progress on this. I took out a lot of clothing I never wear (it will be donated) and reorganized things so everything is easy to get to/see. I’m really pleased. The only bit left to check this off as done is to sort through the floor area that houses my “paperwork” bin.
Going to try to get to that by the end of the month!
A few more paychecks and I’ll have been successful at doing this for a whole year! In fact, some paychecks I did more than 10%. I have a very healthy savings account now and plan to use some of it to pay off credit debt!
