How I did it: Well i'm not done with the whole hypothyroidism issue AT ALL, but increasing my dose of hormones has tremendously improved my sleep.I take 1/3 of my dosage when going to bed, and the rest when waking up.And my noisy neighbors have moved. The new ones are noisy too, but we seem to have more compatible sleep patterns. :) Read how I did it…

We recently made lasagnas again, cupcakes, a mushroom risotto and a white chocolate blondie. I just did some rice with mushrooms and cream.
I didn’t think I had it in me. Turns out I love it! I am practically addicted to it (currently going 3x a week to the park). I looked into the c25k program and I’m basically doing what they advise. Yay!
