How I did it: Well i'm not done with the whole hypothyroidism issue AT ALL, but increasing my dose of hormones has tremendously improved my sleep.I take 1/3 of my dosage when going to bed, and the rest when waking up.And my noisy neighbors have moved. I’m going to a class for the 1rst time next tuesday. :)
But I did 15 mins today. Husband was running around in the flat, so I felt a bit rushed but it felt good nevertheless.
To follow a video on http://www.yogatoday.com/ but the computer wasn’t very cooperative. And it can be difficult for me to follow instuctions in english.
I ended up doing some excercises on my own again but I’ll try again with the website, because I liked the spirit of it.
I’m looking for a course in Paris too.
