During the last week or so I haven’t done as many sit-ups as I should have. So yesterday I took a test just to see how how to continue with the training program. And I managed 45 repetitions, which is better than a couple of weeks ago, even though I’ve been lazy with the training! Maybe it’s because I’ve done some other exercise or maybe my abs just needed some rest.
Anyway, I’m going to move on to week 5 of the program, which means more sets with fewer reps.

I took the initial test today and I managed to do 20 pushups. That means I’ll start the program on the highest level. The first week doesn’t seem too hard but I’m sure the program will become quite challenging in a couple of weeks.

I’m going to take Spanish for beginners in autumn. Only 2 months before it begins! :-)
I’m also an international tutor and there will be a couple of Spanish exchange students in my tutor group. I’ll probably be able to practice speaking Spanish with them.
